    -3/4 cup pine nuts
    -1 avocado, sliced
    -2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    -2 tsp. lime juice
    -1 clove garlic
    -1/4 tsp. cumin

Directions

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Heat if desired.
