1 Tbspn Oil
1 Lb Chicken Breast
1 Tspn seasoning of your choice
1 Can Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup water
2 Cups Brown Minute Rice
0.5 Cup Broccoli Chopped
0.25 cup Pepper Chopped
0.25 Cup Onion (green or red) chopped
remove from pan and add water and broth and soya sauce and bring to a boil
add in rice and veggies, stir. Top with chicken. Reduce heat and cover. Boil for 5 min. Remove from heat for 5 min.
Fluff and serve
