Introduction

The recipe name says it all.
Easy to drink. Not heavy or thick. The milk could be substituted with water for an even lower calorie version.

Ingredients

    1 Cup Ice
    1 Cup Milk (skim)
    .25 cup hot water
1 tsp Instant Freeze Dried Coffee
1 Scoop Whey Protein Vanilla flavored

Directions

In a Blender add ice, milk, and protein mix.

Microwave water until hot enough to disolve instant coffee. The coffee will look very strong.

Pour coffee into blender and blend to desired consistancy.

This will make about 18 ounces. Drink it yourself, share it or even make ice cubes to cool and flavor your morning coffee.

  • THIS IS FANTASTIC!! This is as good- if not better- than a starbucks frappuccino, so it's definitely going in my bag of morning magic tricks. Only 1 change: I don't do instant coffee- I make coffee concentrate to have on hand, so I just used 1/4 cup of it instead of the H2O and instant. EPIC! - 8/17/12
