Tahini Sauce

Introduction

Great over a salad or rice bowl and definitely falafel. Great over a salad or rice bowl and definitely falafel.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup chopped parsley (I've used dill. maybe 1 tbsp.?)
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 cup filtered water
    1/2 cup sesame butter (tahini)

Directions

Whiz garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Add the water and sesame butter. Run until smooth, scraping the sides down once or twice.

Approx. 24 TBSP
