Mexican Chicken Soup

Introduction

Easy to make and keeps well. Easy to make and keeps well.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    chcken breasts
    can of tomatoes
    can of corn
    can of light red kidney beans
    can of black beans
    can of dark red kidney beans
    bottle of salsa


Directions

Cook the chicken breasts in water until easily shredded. Let cool, then shred. Drain beans. Add all ingredients with their liquid to pot and let cook for at least half hour at low heat. Add green onions or shredded cheese as garnish, if desired. Makes 12 servings. Keeps well.
