3 large cucumbers, sliced and peeled (if preferred) 1 large onion, any kind you like 1 16 oz sour cream, (can sub fat free) 2 tbsp vinegar, any kind salt & pepper
Take 3 large cucumbers and thinly slice them after taking peels off. Cut up on large onion into diced pieces. Add cucumbers and onions to large bowl, then add sour cream, vinegar, and salt/pepper to taste. Mix all contents up until well blended. Chill for several hours if preferred, as it will taste better the longer it sits.
