Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
    1/2 c. alfredo sauce
    8 oz. grilled chicken, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    garlic powder
    dried crushed red pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Roll pizza crust into 10 X 15 greased pan. Prebake 5 minutes. Top crust with alfredo sauce, garlic powder & dried crushed red pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top with chicken, onions & red pepper. Sprinkle parmesan over toppings. Bake 10 - 15 min. more until cheese is melted & crust is golden.
Makes 18 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" pieces.
