Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 container (5.3 oz.) Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 scoops EAS Premium Protein Powder, Vanilla flavor
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1 packet cinnamon flavored instant oatmeal
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together all ingredients except oats and berries until just mixed. Fold in oats and blueberries. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin pan, sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 12 muffins.
