Ingredients

    4 ears sweet corn
    1 tbs. Olive Oil
    Salt/Pepper to Taste
    .5 tbs Light Mayonnaise
    Cayenne Pepper
    .5 tbs. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Brush corn with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill on medium high heat, turning occasionally until lightly charred, about 7 minutes.
Remove from grill, spread with mayo. Sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper.
