Grilled Shrimp with Kick

Ingredients

    48 medium shrimp (4 servings of whatever size you choose, fresh or frozen, thawed, peeled, deveined)
    2-3 Tbs olive oil
    1 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
    .5 tbs. paprika
    .25 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 limes cut in wedges

Directions

Preheat the grill to medium high. In large bowl, whisk together EVOO, garlic, paprika, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss.
Grill, turning once, until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with lime wedges.
