This was fast, easy and delicious. My teenager was excited to find something so easy that he could make it himself. I scrambled my egg and added a bit of spinach. Fabulous! - 5/30/09

Very yummy. It would be very easy to make adjustments to this too. I think I will try it with ham the next time. - 2/2/09

this was quick and easy. I loved it. I had to modify it a little. Used whole milk (1/2 tbsp) and kraft american cheese (1 slice). Brought it to 282cals. - 11/20/08

  • Sounds yummy but the sodium is way too high for me to follow this recipe. I will probably try another version of it. I'm sure the large amount of protein is filling. Thanks for the idea. - 4/17/13
