This is an excellent recipe for cooking salmon. I cook salmon this way except I don't use as much olive oil. I just brush a little on the foil. Or I use the olive oil non stick cooking spray. also during the last 5 minutes I open the foil and broil the salmon to get a slighly crisp top. - 3/18/09

This recipe made me fall in love again with salmon. I could never get it right. It was always over done or under cooked. Thank you so much, I will be using this recipe for a long time to come. - 8/24/07

  • This is how I make my salmon too, except I use more herbs (de provence) and less salt, I lost a kidney in an accident a few years ago so less salt is necessary. - 5/5/09

  • My hubby loves salmon and I'c like to try this recipe, but am not much of a cook so don't know some things...like ...what are salted herbs and where do you get them? Never have seen them (I live in a very small town with one grocery store). - 9/27/07

  • I had to cook a little longer than mentioned, probably because my steak was thicker. Used fresh lemon and fresh dill (and wild, fresh salmon). Served with red potatoes - also with fresh dill. A new favorite dinner for me! - 6/18/07
