Ingredients

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Yellow Peppers 1 pepper, chopped
Rosemary, fresh, 1 tsp
Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
*Lemon Juice, 3 Tbsp.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In non-stick skillet heat olive oil. Add Yellow Pepper and Rosemary and saute for 2 minutes. Add Zucchini and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for another 4-5 minutes.
Remove and toss with Lemon Juice. Ready to serve.
