Stroganoff Style Crock Pot Chicken & Veggies

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb frozen chicken breast tenders
    16 oz pkg frozen broccoli & cauliflower
    1 cup water
    1 tsp Knorr chicken bullion or chicken base
    1/3 cup brown rice (dry)
    3/4 cup sour cream
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    black pepper
    red pepper flakes

Directions

Put everything except the sour cream in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add sour cream when ready to serve, mix well.
