I made a few changes to a Campbell's recipe by using Healty Request Cream of Mushroom, fat free sour cream and browning chicken in canola oil spray instead of butter. It's quick and very good. Ingredients

½ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper(cayenne)*
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Canola oil cooking spray
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup sliced scallions
1 8oz container of fat free sour cream
Directions
Mix flour paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper in a plate;coat chicken.
Spray a non stick skillet with canola oil spray and heat pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 10 minutes per side or until browned; set aside.
Add soup and scallions, heat to a boil.
Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in sour cream.
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
