Introduction

Ina rush I needed a sauce for quinoa with things that I had in the fridge. The sodium count is higher than it should be. The salsa I used was very low, just not enter into Spark yet! Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Onions, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, 2 stalks, chopped
    Fennel, 1/2 bulb, chopped
    Green Pepper, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
    Salsa, 2 cups
    Tomato Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Capers, 1 tbsp, drained
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cups

Directions

Saute garlic and onion until browned in skillet.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender and heated through.
