Ingredients

Rolled Barley Flakes, .5 cup (remove)
Whey Protein Isolates by Georgia, .667 cup
Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup
Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Almonds, .5 cup, slivered
Maple Syrup, .667 cup
Water, tap, .25 cup
Old Fashioned Oats, 5 cup
Honey, 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
Cinnamon to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325-400 (I've cooked it at all sorts of temps, the hotter you go, the more careful you need to be about when you stir it.)
Mix all ingredients together, starting with the dry.
Then add you sweetener/syrup.
Mix Mix Mix.
Place on a cookie sheet or baking pan, spreading evenly.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes, then gently break up the granola to allow for the formation of clusters.
Stir the granola every 5-10 minutes (depending on heat) to ensure even cooking and no burning.
Remove when it reaches the consistency you enjoy!
