This bar is perfect as a pre-workout meal. Variations would include adding a layer of slivered almonds; more peanut butter; replacing the fruit with your favorite; or coating with dark chocolate. Ingredients

    Yogurt,
    Egg white
    Olive Oil
    Vanilla Extract
    Whole Wheat Flour
    Baking Soda
    Cinnamon, ground
    Salt
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain
    Raisins
    Honey
    Molasses
    Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    Peanut Butter
    Almonds, Ground

Directions

0. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Lightly Beat Egg White
2. Mix All Wet Ingredients Together
3. Blend All Dry Ingredients Together
4. Bring both parts together and mix well (best to do by hand.
5. Spread evenly in an ungreased non-stick or glass 13x9 pan.
6. Cool completely, then slice into bars.
