Introduction

This is a mexican style hot dog...
The bacon is to wrap around the wiener.

Ingredients

    1 Oscar Mayer Wiener
    1 Hot dog Bun
    1 Strip of Bacon
    1 Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1 Tbs of Light Mayo
    1 Tbs of Ketchup
    Mustard and relish Optional

Directions

* Get a small frying pan,
* Heat the Olive oil for just 30 seconds,
* Wrap the Bacon strip to the wiener,
* Fry completely.
( If you like you can also fry some Onions with bellpeppers, green and red)
* Prepare your hot dog as you would prepare any regular hot dog.

  • I had one at a friends house once that was made just like this. We didn't do the fried onions and peppers though. I might want to try that next time. - 8/30/08
