Pancakes on Saturday

Introduction

We like them with sour cream and honey! We like them with sour cream and honey!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1c. flour
    1.5t baking powder
    2T splenda

    4 lg. egg whites
    1c. nonfat milk

Directions

Whisk together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and slowly add in the milk while beating. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry.

In the center of a nonstick pan or black iron skillet (no cooking spray!) over medium heat pour 1/4c. of batter. Watch it spread evenly. When bubbles appear throughout, flip. Don't cook the second side quite so long.

You can line a dish with a kitchen towel and cover as pancakes are ready to keep them warm.
