Sweet Potatoes n' Apples

Ingredients

    2 small to medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
    1 apple peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
    cinnamon and sugar to taste
    3 TBS Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread

Directions

Preheat Grill.
Mix first four ingredients, divided into two-three portions and place in foil. Add butter spread and create foil packets, sealing tightly.
Grill for approximately 40 minutes until sweet potatoes are cooked through.

  • I've been making this for years, it is great. I put it in a pan and bake it in the oven for an hour if something else is in there. Or, I've even microwaved it and it's quicker and still turns out good. Something my kids are willing to eat! - 1/5/10
