Introduction

I had some fresh turnip greens that I had to make before they spoiled so I whipped up this quick soup that is fast and nutritious and is a good snack I had some fresh turnip greens that I had to make before they spoiled so I whipped up this quick soup that is fast and nutritious and is a good snack
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups of turnip greens
    6 cups Chicken Broth
    2 tsp of garlic
    2 large eggs
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Pour chicken broth in a pot and add garlic and turnip greens, when this begins to boil.. crack both eggs in and stir around to poach egg in soup.. lower heat... done when eggs are cook and turnip greens are soften..
