Tasty, moist and flavorful. I cooked mine in a skillet with PAM over high heat. Left out the tortilla and served over lettuce with pinto beans, sour cream, cheese and salsa as dressing. - 4/2/10

I left out the salt, added 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp. crushed cilantro, cooked everything in a wok, and used gluten free "tortilla" wraps...this was tasty. I also topped fajitas w/shredded cheddar cheese. - 9/2/08
