Olive Oil, .25 cup
Lime Juice, 2 tlb
Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tlb
Cumin, 1.5 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Oregano, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 can
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 pounds cut in strips
Green Peppers 1 cut into strips
Yellow Peppers 1 cut into strips
Sweet Onions, 2 large
Salsa, 1 cup
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
8 Flour Tortillas, (approx 7-8" dia)
Prepare marinate, combine olive oil - chicken broth. Put 1/2 the marinate in freezer bag with chicken, 1/2 in freezer bag with veggies. Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill. Drain marinate from both meat and veggies. Place veggies in a aluminum foil bag to grill. Put chicken directly on grill. Grill until done. Heat wraps.
Place 1/8th of chicken, veggies, salsa and sour cream on tortilla. Enjoy.
