Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 Sausage Patties, browned and drained
    1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
    4 Mushrooms, sliced or chunked
    2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    8 Eggs, beaten
    1 Hot Pepper, sliced and diced
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix sausage, onion, and mushrooms together and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
Beat eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper well.
Pour evenly over the casserole.
Sprinkle hot pepper over the top.

Place in 325 degree oven for 45-50 minutes (time may vary).
