I wanted something but not sure what? I found these ingredients in my pantry and viola! My husband and love it when we want something hot like soup .. yet substance and filling. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Bean Sprouts, 1 Can
    Chicken Broth, Fat Free, 1 Can
    Mushrooms, 8 oz sliced
    Chestnuts, 1 Can
    Lite Soy Sauce, 1 Tablespoon
    Optional: Crushed hot pepper flakes or Grilled Steak Seasoning (purchased at Sam's Club)

Directions

Place everything in a skillet or pot.
Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
