Introduction

I make this all the time and ajust the spices to the food. Mild for a dip and hot for Mexican food. I have even subbed sweet cumin and parsely (for the cilantro) for more of an Indian flare. Ingredients

    4 avocados (Florida has less calories)
    1 TBS Lime Juice
    1 - 2 Cloves of Garlic
    1.5 tsp Cumin
    .5 tsp Chili Powder
    1 lg. Tomato, Diced
    .5 cup sweet onion, diced small
    .25 cup Cilantro, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Place avocados in a large bowl and mash.
Stir in Lime Juice.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve on sandwich, on beans, or with chips. (Or whatever else you like it on.)
