8 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 Cup Lite Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Sweet Relish
2 tsp. yellow mustard
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Allow them to cool.
Peel the eggs and chop eggs until they finely chopped.
Add the other ingredients and stir.
Serve on lite bread for a great sandwich.
