Ingredients

    1 cup Couscous (dry), 1 cup
    1/4 cup chopped red Onions
    1 can red kidney Beans
    1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1/2 Cup Radishs sliced
    1 cup shredded Carrots,*Salad dressing
    1/3 cup Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Cook 1 cup of dry Whole Wheat Couscous according to pachkage Directions. Fluff with a fork. Combine the rest of the ingredients and chill for several hours.
