Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Cups finely chopped broccoli, including stalk
    2 Tblsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    4 Tblsp light Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
    2 Tblsp of Splenda to taste

Directions

Mix all in a bowl and serve chilled. Chopped Red onion may be added, but not included in calorie count
