Ingredients

    flank steak - 1 lb
    1 cup raw onions copped
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    3 table spoons chili powder
    generous dashes of dried oregano, cilantro, and 3 cloves chopped garlic
    1 cup water
    1 can red kidney beans


Directions

put olive oil in bottom of iron skillet.
cut steak in small bite size pieces and brown, put in water and spices, put in onions and bell peppers and beans and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes
