1 slice Bacon 1/2 cup chopped Onions 8 cups Chicken broth 1.5 to 2 cups Sauerkraut 4 oz. Pastrami 2 cups non-fat Milk 4 oz. Swiss Cheese shredded 2 to 4 Tbs Sour Cream
Brown onions and bacon. Add in chicken broth when onions are transparent. Add in drained sauerkraut and cook for about 20 minutes. Add in milk, pastrami, shredded swiss cheese and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add sour cream and serve.
