Spicy Southwest Crockpot Chicken

Submitted by: SINABUNN

Introduction

Actually, this is just a modification of another Spark recipe, Kickin' Creamy Chicken Stew. (My apologies to Aprildawn678!) We added loads of garlic and other veggies, used fat-free cream cheese (and more of it!), cut back on the chicken and spiced it up a bit. 1 jar salsa verde
1 can Rotel, or other diced tomatoes
