Ingredients

    1 Can of Tuna
    4 Tbsp Sour Cream
    .25 cup of chopped carrot (or shredded if you prefer)
    Salt, Pepper, and garlic to taste

Directions

Drain your tuna and place in a bowl with your sour cream and chopped/shredded carrots. Add your spices and mix well. Add to bread or crackers or top a salad!! Makes 1.5 servings
