Boiled Potato without skin, 1 cup
Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
Salt, 0.5 tsp
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp - for dough
*Canola Oil, 4 1tsp - to fry bread
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp.
Mix it and put aside. You can add t tbsp cilantro leaves it it too.
Make dough with flour, 1 tsp oil and little salt. Make four prt of the dough and 4 balls of potato mixer. Take one dough roll and roll it about 4' and then put potato ball in it. cover potato ball with dough and roll it again untill desired thickness. Shallow fry it with 1/2 tsp oil on each side.
