Chicken Vegetable Soup

Introduction

This is great if you are sick or if you want a low carb healthy dish for any time of the year. This is great if you are sick or if you want a low carb healthy dish for any time of the year.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    One chicken cut up boiled and deboned and skinned or just use chicken tenders or skinless boneless breasts.
    I use about 1 gal. of water in a big pot
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt the water
    two large onions
    a stalk of celery
    6 carrots
    a can of green beans
    a can of peas
    1 tbsp black pepper ( I use coarse)
    1 tbsp sweet basil
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

Makes aprox. 20 1 cup servings, but probably more than that. Serve with whole wheat crackers if you like or a side salad. This soup is very filling.
