2 TBSP All purpose Flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 (4oz) Boneless Pork Loin chops
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 green onions chopped
1/4 cup red onions finely diced
3 cloves garlic finely minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tbsp fat-free sour cream
Heat coconut oil in skillet. Bring to medium high heat add pork and cook 4 minutes per side. Remove pork from skillet set aside, keep warm.
Add green onions, red onions, mushrooms and garlic to skillet. Cook until tender. Stir in wine and broth and simmer until it reduces by half.
Return pork to skillet, cover and cook until heated through about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serves 4 people.
Serve with Rice or mashed potatoes and salad not calculated in nutritional info.
