Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cloves of garlic, minced.
    1 whole onions sliced.
    15-20 baby carrots
    2 cups of frozen or fresh cauliflower
    1 cups of frozen or fresh broccoli
    4 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    dash of salt & pepper
    1 tbsp oregano

Directions

Chop and mix all ingredients and place in a baking pan , add olive oil and garlic. Toss well to coat and bake at 350 for about an hour. Stirring half way through.
