Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped red peppers
    1 can coconut milk
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 tbs curry powder
    3 garlic cloves
    2 scallions chopped
    1tbs minced ginger
    1 cup chopped napa cabbage

Directions

Sautee onions and peppers, add cabbage saute until soft

Add 1/2 of coconut milk, curry, ginger, and garlic. let sautee for -3 minutes

Add garbanzo beans and rest of coconut milk. Saute 5 minutes
Placed chopped scallions on top
