2 cans (15 oz) Pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 can (15 oz) light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz) can hominy, drained
1 pound ground Boca Burger
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilis
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato past
1.5 cups water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion
Chop the onion
Dump the whole lot of it in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer (stirring occasionally) 30 minutes.
You can feed an army with this recipe, and it'll average you maybe 60 cents a serving!
