Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 1 serving
    Goya, Pinto beans, 1.75 cup
    Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1.25 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.75 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chili Powder

Directions

Chop/sautee the vegetables, add the chicken, rotel, beans and broth. Simmer.
