great for cold days and good for lunch great for cold days and good for lunch
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup zucchini cut up
    1 cup diced carrots
    1 cup diced onions
    1 cup celery diced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 head of cabbage ((small)
    3 pkg of chicken bouillon
    4 medium fresh tomatoes
    1 lb of ground beef 96% lean
    2 medium size red potatoes diced

Directions

Brown meat in lage pot remove all fat.
place all vegetables in same with water. Cook until just tender. Add broth, pkgs of bouillion, tomates, and cabbage. Cook until all vegetables are tender. Makes 10-1 cup servings
