Introduction

Got this recipe off Campbells site and added the Golden Mushroom as it seemed to need a bit more sauce. I am sure it could be substituted for something different. Ingredients

    1.66-lb stew meat (I used beef chuck from Sparks choices of beef).
    1 T extra virgin olive oil
    2 cans Healthy Request Cr. Of Mush
    1 Can Golden Mushroom
    2/3 C Plain yogurt
    2 medium onions
    2 T parsley
    1 tsp paprika

Directions

Heat oil in 12" nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. Remove beef from skillet.

Reduce heat to medium. Add onion to skillet and cook until tender. Pour off fat.

Prepare noodles per package directions.

Stir soup in skillet. Heat to a boil. Stir in yogurt. Return beef to skillet and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
