Find yourself a little hungry in between meals? I made this my personal mid morning meal to keep me fueled until lunch! You always change the flavor of the yogurt, or the berries! Make it your creation! (great for digestion too ;) Find yourself a little hungry in between meals? I made this my personal mid morning meal to keep me fueled until lunch! You always change the flavor of the yogurt, or the berries! Make it your creation! (great for digestion too ;)

Ingredients

    1- 4oz Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt
    1- cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries (or berry of choice)
    1/4- cup of apple juice, you can use more or less depending on the consistency of the smoothie you prefer

Directions

This smoothie makes 1 serving.

Blend Blueberries, yogurt, and apple juice in a blender.

Serve and enjoy!
