Mexican style Cabbage & Beef Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb Jenni-O EXTRA lean ground turkey
    1 16oz can kidney bean, UNDRAINED
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 cups cabbage, chopped
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 cup water
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3/4 cup salsa, chunky and mild
    4 beef boullion cube
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 salt

Directions

Brown turkey, drain. Combine all ingredients into large stock pan. Cook for 45 minutes.
