Introduction

I found this recipe in an issue of TASTE OF HOME. I've altered it to become my recipe. Very tasty use of lean pork...my family loves it. I found this recipe in an issue of TASTE OF HOME. I've altered it to become my recipe. Very tasty use of lean pork...my family loves it.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    16 ounces pork loin
    2 cups of sliced celery
    14 ounces of "no yolks" noodles
    1/2 cup chopped onion 4 Tbs water
    2 cans of healthy request cream of "whatever you want, we like mushroom, is good with celery or chicken too.
    2 cups frozen peas
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    6 Tablespoons whole grain bread crumbs

Directions

SERVING SIZE: 1 cup

Boil noodles, set aside
dice pork and saute in spray coated pan (10 min)
ADD celery, onion, and water...continue to cook for approximately 60 minutes...in casserole dish, mix meat mixture with noodles, soup, peas, and pepper.

BAKE @350 for 30 minutes
