Introduction

I serve this over anything made with ground beef. Burgers or meatloaf are perfect! I serve this over anything made with ground beef. Burgers or meatloaf are perfect!

Ingredients

    2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges
    1 large red pepper cut into chunks
    2 tsp Tomato Paste
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp each turmeric & cinnamon

Directions

Mix tomato paste and spices well with water. Comine with veggies and cook over medium heat until they become soft and sauce thickens. Add more water if needed until veggies are soft. Serve over meatlof or burgers.
