Chicken Salad Tostadas

Introduction

The hubs and I love this stuff...we don't eat it very often but when I do make it up it never lasts. The hubs and I love this stuff...we don't eat it very often but when I do make it up it never lasts.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can veg all mixed veggies
    2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use left over slow cooked chicken)
    1/4 cup mayo
    1/5 teas black pepper
    4 tortillas

    Shred cooked chicken...I usually slow cook an entire chicken and shred it up for the week.

    so take shredded chicken put it in a bowl. Add the mixed veggies, mayo, and black pepper to taste. You can omit pepper and add lemon pepper instead gives it a great flavor.

    Serve on top of tortilla's or with tortilla chips.
    (I put the tortillas in a frying pan with a tiny bit of olive oil spray just to they start to harden) you can also put them in the oven on broil. Whichever way you prefer.
