Oriental Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

scallions
sesame oil
rice vinegar
sesame seeds

Directions
Chop half a head lettuce. Not as fine as for coleslaw. Add the 3 sliced scallions.
In oven roast sesame seeds and almonds until golden brown. Do them separately as the sesame seeds roast faster. I find the slivered almonds are best in this salad.
Combine the sesame oil and the seasoned rice vinegar and pour over the salad.
This makes 4 very large salads.
