White chili

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breast
    4 cups chicken stock
    48 oz great northern beans
    2 diced carrots
    16 oz shredded montery jack cheese


Directions

Boil chicken breasts in 2 cups broth. When chicken is done drain, cool, and shred.

Place beans in pot with remaining broth, add carrots stir to blend. Bring to boil to cook carrots. Once carrots are soft, add chicken and cheese. Stir to blend, let simmer 30-35 min.
