English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich

Submitted by: MICHIKO21

Introduction

This is a filling and tasty breakfast sandwich. It has lots of flavor for not too many calories. It is also relatively quick to make, especially if you keep chopped green pepper on hand. • This recipe saved my morning! I had a bag of frozen bell peppers (green, yellow and red) in the freezer just waiting to be used. This was perfect. Sprinkled a touch of grated cheese on top as well. Simple, very quick, easy cleanup, and works well on the go. Thanks!! - 10/2/08
